According to KP‑Yekaterinburg, the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under the article “sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with a person who has not reached the age of sixteen” against a 33‑year‑old man. The previously convicted man faces up to four years in prison.
According to a media source, the girl lives in a troubled family and is being raised by her mother. After the criminal case was opened, the minor was sent to a social center.
“At the investigator’s request, a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was imposed on the accused,” the press service of the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Court explained.
